Do I need to know which finish I want before contacting you?
No. Many clients arrive knowing the room but not the material - that is completely normal. We help narrow the options based on how the space is used, the maintenance you want and the atmosphere you are after, rather than pushing a finish too early.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The estimate is a no-pressure conversation about your room and the right finish for it. It exists to give you clarity before any commitment - not to lock you in.
What happens at the sample stage?
If the project moves forward, we prepare a sample of the chosen finish in your room's actual light, so color, sheen and movement are decided on your wall rather than from a screen.
How soon can you start?
Timing depends on the project and the current schedule. Add your rough timeline to the form - now, 1-3 months, 3-6 months or just planning ahead - and we will talk through what is realistic.
What if SBK is not the right fit for my project?
We will tell you honestly. If another finish, or another approach, would serve your room better, saying so is part of the service.
